Geared for Growing has been transforming Sonoma County landscapes since 1983 — over four decades of award-winning design, craftsmanship, and relationships built one backyard at a time. When the opportunity came to carry that legacy forward, we didn’t hesitate.
We’re Megan and Lee Mokri, and we’re honored to be the next stewards of this company.

The entire Geared for Growing team stayed on — the designers, the crews, the people who’ve been building these landscapes for years. And Richard Plaxco, who founded this company over 40 years ago, still works with us on larger custom estate designs. That continuity matters.
