Information you choose to share

When you submit our consultation form, call, or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, contact details, property address and type, service interests, message, referral source, and campaign parameters. We use it to respond, evaluate how we may be able to help, provide services, and maintain our business records.

The form sends information through a controlled website endpoint to our internal Daily operations system. It may create or match a contact and property record and create a new opportunity for our team to review. Private system credentials and tenant selection are never placed in the browser.

We record your consent time and notice version, the page and referring page associated with the request, and a non-secret submission identifier. The identifier allows a safe retry to be processed without creating a duplicate opportunity.

When you submit a job application, we receive the position you selected, your name and contact details, city, relevant experience, availability, any link or note you choose to share, and submission records used to protect the form from spam and duplicate processing. We use this information only to evaluate and respond to your application and maintain appropriate hiring records.

Website measurement

Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement starts only with your permission. We respect Global Privacy Control. Your choice does not affect submitting an inquiry.

When allowed, Google uses cookies to measure visits and consultation, phone-link, and email-link activity. We also save Google ad click identifiers in your browser for up to 90 days and include them with your inquiry. After an inquiry is accepted, we may send Google one-way hashed email and phone details to match advertising results. Hashing does not make these details anonymous. We disable Google advertising personalization. With your permission, Meta also receives page views, contact-link activity, and accepted consultation events through its pixel to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may use cookies, page URLs, and device information to associate these events with its services. We do not enable automatic form-field matching. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. Declining or enabling your browser privacy signal stops future optional measurement; it does not undo data already sent.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated traffic, including pages viewed, referrers, general location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel states that this analytics service stores anonymized data and does not use cookies to identify visitors across days or websites.

We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures real-world performance signals such as loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability. These measurements help us improve the site.

Service providers and outside links

Vercel hosts the website and provides its analytics and performance tools. Sanity supports the management of published site content. Our internal Daily system receives consultation requests for our customer relationship workflow, and our configured email provider notifies our team after a request is accepted. The same email provider securely delivers job applications to our hiring inbox; job applications do not enter the customer sales pipeline. These providers may process information needed to operate their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Links that open email, phone, maps, Instagram, Facebook, or another outside service take you to that provider, whose privacy practices apply there.

How information is handled

We do not sell personal information. We keep correspondence and business records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, maintain appropriate records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or email transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you have sent directly to us. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, warranty, or other legitimate business purposes. Contact us at hello@gearedforgrowing.com.

Children and changes to this notice

This website is intended for adults seeking landscape services and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the website and its services change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
